Changes at Lextar

With a growth of interest in track/rail CCTV in a number of markets worldwide, Lextar has decided to concentrate on the further development and worldwide sales of its tracked products. Its unique ability to provide cornered and multi-camera systems is supplemented by its exclusive access to advanced technology that underpins the range and capability of its products. The Tracam® suite of products offers the widest range of mobile CCTV options in the industry.

Tony Flint will become Managing Director of Lextar. Tony, who was one of the original designers of the Tracam® product, has been associated with its continued evolution for 20 years. As innovator and product support manager, he has been closely associated with the use of the Tracam® range in the field, and has an intimate understanding of its operation and an excellent appreciation of customer needs. Along with the other original designer, Peter Simpson, Tony has played a continuing role in product improvement and new technology.

Peter Simpson, Lextar’s Research and Development Manager, has been central to the design and development of Tracam® for 20 years and will continue to provide innovation and support for Lextar’s products. The focus of Lextar’s R&D activities is the continuous improvement of the options offered in the Tracam® range, with changes designed to meet the customers need for imaginative but cost-effective solutions.
